Leather & Metal Chic

I have complied a list of things that I am currently coveting right now and came up with these 7 items that I desperately want in my life!

I am really loving Nicole Richie's House of Harlow line a lot. I love the way she mixes leather with metal in most of her pieces. I adore these Sam Edelman pumps! What a statement you would make walking into an event with these shoes on. Let's talk about the Nada Sawaya Clutch that is the most expensive thing on this list, but extremely beautiful.

I think House of Harlow is a pretty affordable line and I am thinking about finally getting her 1960 Leather drop necklace. You could wear this necklace with a tee shirt, skinny jeans and heels and it would definitely spice things up.

1. House of Harlow Crystal and Leather Bangles, $100
2. Marc Jacobs Flash Leola Handbag, $498
3. House of Harlow 1960 Leather Drop Necklace, $65
4. Alex and Chloe Pyramid Stud 2-Finger Ring, $210
5. Sam Edelman "Lorissa" Peeptoe Pumps, $200
6. Tory Burch Gold Cuff, $295
7. Nada Sawaya New York Clutch, $645

P.S. I am now featured by my local newspaper, The Phoenixville News, online in their blogs section! Check it out @ The Phoenix!

70's Cruise & Cupcakes in the Morning

Happy Friday Everyone!

Last night my friends and I went on a booze cruise and it was a 70's theme party. I am not gonna lie I LOVE wearing feathers in my hair and a headband around my forehead. :) It makes for a really cute bohemian look. Needless to say I had a hard time waking up this morning after last nights festivities. Once I got to work a co-worker shared her beautiful cupcakes with all of us that were sent to her! The cupcakes are from Naked Chocolate and they were delicious! What a way to start your Friday morning...with cupcakes!

The 70's cruise was a super awesome time and we all had a blast! We were definitely dance machines. :)

Have a great weekend!

Happy Tuesday everyone!

I just adore this Ice Cream Cone Cake and when I saw it I HAD to post about it. It was made with love from the fabulous pastry chef at both Molly Maguire's Irish Pub & The Fenix Martini Bar, Ms. Amanda Boutcher! I have posted about her sinfully sweet creations in the past, but these two are some of my favorite creations. She also has her own blog herself and does her own photography @ Sweet Ruminations.com!

If you happen to live near Phoenixville, PA please stop in to one of these places to taste her desserts, because they are delicious!

French Colors : LES COULEURS

Bonjour mes amis & belles personnes! I took Francais in high school and in college and I think it's a really beautiful language. When I was younger I was a professional ballet dancer for about 3 years so I think I felt the language came more natural to me, since most ballet terms are in french. It's always good to brush up on your pronunciation/french words. I am sure most of you have learned these colors in school. If you click on the links it says the pronunciation for you, which I think is pretty fun!

What french phrases or words do you know?

Coxton Lake Trip

Hey Everyone! On my recent trip up to Coxton Lake, PA I think I took over 200 pictures. I have selected the top few that I think really stood out. It was beautiful weather and everyone felt so inspired that we were all taking pictures of the lake, the waterfall, and nature. At night you can see every star in the sky it is the most amazing thing I have ever witnessed. I even saw a few shooting stars and believe me some wishes were made. :)

I hope everyone enjoys this photography from my lake trip with my friends and my boyfriend who is also extremely talented! You can check out his blog in progress @ Matt Mahoney Films!

Thank you to everyone who commented on my last blog post! I am glad that everyone liked the lighting photos and ideas as much as I did. :)

I won the "Inspiring Blog" Award from Bella Gets Real! :) That is the one award I would really want to win because that is what I hope to achieve with this blog! Inspire others to be creative! She is a really great person with a really cute blog! Go check out her blog now!
